  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Return an Item

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, you can return it by following these steps:

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns over $75.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
